These terms apply to the Invoice2Sheet, OnboardRelay and CollectClientDocs early-access websites.

1. Early-access status
These websites describe planned software concepts and collect expressions of interest. Joining a list does not create a purchase, subscription, service-level commitment or guarantee of access. No payment is collected through these websites today.
2. Planned features and pricing
Feature descriptions, limits, launch timing and the displayed founding price are proposals for validation. SignalFoundry may change or discontinue a concept before launch. If a paid service becomes available, you will see the final price and terms before any charge.
3. Acceptable use
You may use these sites only for lawful purposes. Do not submit misleading information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, scrape personal data or use automated systems to abuse the forms.
4. Intellectual property
The site design, copy, product names and original materials belong to SignalFoundry or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant a right to copy or resell them.
5. Third-party services
The sites depend on hosting, security and measurement providers. Their availability may affect site operation. Links to third-party services, if added, are governed by those services’ own terms.
6. Disclaimers
The validation websites are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SignalFoundry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of these validation websites. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as a concept moves from validation to a working product. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
