1. Who operates these sites
SignalFoundry operates these early-access validation websites. They test demand for planned software products; the products are not yet generally available.
2. Information we collect
When you join an early-access list, we collect your email address, the product you selected, the form location, campaign parameters and the time of consent. When you contact us, we collect your name, email, selected product and message.
If you accept optional analytics, we also store a random browser session identifier, page views, selected buttons, referral information, UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID or FBCLID. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information.
3. Why we use it
- To provide the early-access update you requested.
- To reply to support, privacy and product questions.
- To measure demand and campaign performance after analytics consent.
- To protect forms and services against abuse.
4. Legal bases and choices
Early-access marketing emails and optional analytics rely on your consent. You can decline analytics and still use the site or join the list. Contact-form processing is necessary to answer your request. You can withdraw marketing or analytics consent at any time.
5. Service providers and transfers
We use Cloudflare infrastructure and OpenAI Sites to deliver, secure and store data for these websites. These providers may process information in countries other than yours under their applicable safeguards.
6. Retention
Early-access records are retained until you unsubscribe or for up to 24 months after the relevant product test ends. Contact messages are normally retained for up to 24 months. Optional analytics records are normally retained for up to 13 months, unless a shorter period is required.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and you may complain to your local privacy authority. Use our contact form and select “Privacy request.”
8. Children
These business-software concepts are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Policy changes
We may update this notice as the products and measurement tools change. Material changes will be reflected by a new date and policy version. Current policy version: 2026-08-15.
